10 weeks (September 22 – December 1)
Schedule: One-hour live virtual class on Wednesdays, plus one hour of follow-up assignments per week.

  • High School Bootcamp: 6:00 – 7:00 pm

  • Undergraduate Bootcamp: 7:30 – 8:30 pm

Join our immersive, project-based bootcamp where you’ll build your very own AI-powered chatbot while gaining essential tech skills. Designed for high school and undergraduate students, this hands-on program introduces you to Python programming, data fundamentals, and machine learning in a fun and practical way.

You’ll explore not only how to design and train intelligent systems but also dive into the ethics of AI and responsible technology use, ensuring you build with both creativity and conscience. By the end, you’ll walk away with a working chatbot project, practical coding skills, and a deeper understanding of how AI shapes our world.

Perfect for curious beginners and aspiring tech leaders!

  • No prior experience is required for the High School Bootcamp.

  • For the Undergraduate Bootcamp, prior knowledge of Python and basic machine learning concepts is expected.

Computational Science Certificate Program

Modern science, medicine, and engineering increasingly rely on modeling and data analysis to explore the natural world, build, and solve problems. Given this critical importance, computational modeling has been and will continue to play a central role in new developments of the 21st century. ​This asynchronous certificate program is an excellent opportunity to for great start in a computational career. This unique opportunity allows students to start building essential skills and knowledge early, giving them a head start in this rapidly growing field. Students must successfully complete an exit project for all three courses to be eligible for the certificate. Students who are not seeking a certificate can register for a single course.

Introduction to Data Science

Designed for beginners, this unique course will introduce students to the world of data, statistics and R language.

Introduction to Scientific Programming

This course introduces students to basic Unix/Linus commands and then the Python and Shell scripting for scientific purposes.
